Property Description

For sale we have just under 20 acres located in sought after Hardin-Jefferson School District. We do have a survey on file so please ask your agent to provide those to you. There were previously a house, carport, mobile home, greenhouse, shop, 3 small barns, scattered junk and some unneeded fencing that has been cleared off. Overgrowth on the 20 acres has also been cleared, leaving behind just the trees you want to keep! Seller cut in drainage for the front 3 acres and installed a drainage ditch/road - 24" X 30' culvert. No appointment necessary - go drive by and see it in person! Photos are in order from most recent to oldest, showing progress of land and dirt work performed.
